By downloading, installing, or using the Vizibil mobile application or visiting the vizibil.app website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Vizibil is a mobile application that enables users to discover events, places, and stories on an interactive map. Users can browse, create, and share events and places, post photo and video stories, and save favourites.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create and share through Vizibil, including events, places, stories, photos, and videos. By posting content, you grant Vizibil a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the application to other users.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains false or misleading information.
• Includes malicious software or harmful code.
• Violates the privacy of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vizibil only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Create events or places with intentionally misleading information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Vizibil name, logo, and application design are the property of Vizibil. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our prior written consent.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

Vizibil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event or place information posted by users. We are not responsible for any interactions between users that occur as a result of using the application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizibil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
